To all supporters and observers of the Harrisburg PA Draft Horse Sale, we look forward to seeing you in January!

Many people refer to the Draft, Morgan, Trotting Horse Sales held simultaneously every year in January, simply as "Harrisburg". While the Morgan and Trotting Sale are relatively new, the Draft sale has been going on for over 42 years.

Three different sale committees have held responsibility for the Drafts. The first 18 years or so where managed by a group of two, the next 18 years by a group of six that dwindled to three, in the last 6 years by a group who changed to the official name to The Keystone Draft Horse Sale. A new group, which includes representation from the Keystone group, has formed to manage it.

Going forward, the official name of the sale will again be The PA Draft Horse Sale. A lot of time and energy has been spent by everyone who has had the privilege to manage the sale, for which we all are grateful.
